About Us
With over 36 years of experience in the food industry, our team has been a key contributor to the development and implementation of food quality and safety programs across the Americas.
Our founder brings 29 years of progressive leadership, having held roles ranging from Microbiologist to Director of Quality Control. His expertise covers a wide range of food products, including—but not limited to—fresh milk, yogurt, cheese, cream, 100% natural juices, beverages, coffee, bottled water, fruits, vegetables, seafood, and the development of new food products.
He is proficient in advanced food processing technologies such as:

In 2017, he founded Quality and Safety Consultant Group, Inc., headquartered in Florida, USA.
Today, the firm provides consulting and training services in 23 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, the British Virgin Islands, and the Dominican Republic—delivering tailored solutions grounded in experience, professionalism, and a strong commitment to food safety excellence.
Our consulting services include:
- Development of Food Defense Programs
- Implementation of global food safety standards such as SQF, BRC, and PrimusGFS
- Creation of HACCP Plans, Preventive Controls (PCQI), and Quality Improvement Programs with consistently excellent results
In 2018, our founder joined Global STD, USA as an SQF Auditor, certified for both Food Safety and Quality.
